Apply for a Grant
Applications must be completed by a teacher or lead project director. The projects should encourage students and/or community members thinking, exploring, building, creating, experimenting, and presenting as a result of the grant.
We are looking for grants that would capture students’ interests and incite their intellects and benefit the largest number of students possible. These applications will be reviewed and voted by the full board of directors at a single annual meeting. The Teacher/Project Director is highly encouraged to present his/her application at the BEF Board meeting.
The BEF Board of Directors will use a rubric as its guide to determine the appropriateness of grant requests. Please review this information to understand the decision-making process. It is found within the application.
